ABOUT HR ADVISORY

Christina is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with nearly 30 years of senior HR and leadership experience. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Brock University, the Human Resources Management designation, and is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC).  As the Principal, Human Resources at DJB, Christina leads both the internal HR team and the HR Advisory consulting practice.

In her spare time, Christina enjoys being lakeside at her cottage in northern Ontario, with her two daughters, her pug, and an amazing playlist.

Fran is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University. She has successfully completed the Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program conducted by Bernardi Human Resource Law in consultation with Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

When Fran isn’t brainstorming HR solutions for her clients, you’ll find her trekking along a trail or setting up camp somewhere in Ontario with her girlfriend. If she isn’t outdoors, Fran loves nothing more than spending time with her grandpa, who holds the title for best storyteller and advisor around!

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience working in Human Resources in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and more recently as an HR Generalist. She has completed the Workplace Investigations Certificate Program through Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. Michelle is a member of the Niagara chapter of the HRPA. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Business, as well as a Bachelor of Education, specializing in adult education.

Some of Michelle’s favourite things include going to the movies, hanging out with her family, spoiling her Dachshund, and listening to the Eagles.

Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Brock University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College. Currently, she is actively working towards obtaining her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

Outside of work, Francesca likes exploring the vibrant scene of the Niagara Region, enjoying its diverse selection of delicious foods and beverages along with her husband. While Niagara is their home, they also have a passion for travelling overseas, with Portugal standing out as their favourite destination (for now…)!
