Mentorship Program
DJB has established an internal Education Sub-Committee whose primary role is to guide the Firm’s writers through the CA exam process. Upon successful completion of the CA exams, you will be guided by the Firm’s Performance and Career Excellence (PACE) program. Using PACE, we strive to provide employees with the proper guidance in their career paths. Each of our employees is paired with a seasoned professional to serve as a mentor and an advisor, and receives informal feedback as well as scheduled reviews to help them meet their career goals.
CA Student Support Program
DJB provides financial assistance to be used for preparatory courses and other associated costs for the Core Knowledge Exam (CKE), School of Accountancy (SOA), and Uniform Evaluation (UFE). The Firm also reimburses the cost of these exams upon successful completion and accommodates UFE study leave. The Firm will also provide cash awards to students who finish first in the District Association and for students who obtain an Ontario medal.
