Carolyn is currently the Partner-in-Charge of the St. Catharines and Welland offices.  She provides accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting services to businesses and their owners, emphasizing a comprehensive, proactive, and timely approach to providing professional advice. Carolyn has a wide range of experience with not-for-profit organizations and privately-held, owner-managed businesses in a variety of industries, including healthcare professionals, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate.

Carolyn received her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2006 after graduating from Brock University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree with First Class Standing. She began her career at a local Niagara Falls firm as a CPA student before joining DJB in 2006 and was admitted to partnership in 2016.

Carolyn is a lifelong Niagara resident and actively participates in the community by attending various charity events and golf tournaments. She has served the community as Treasurer for the YWCA Niagara Region, a Board Director for the United Way of Niagara Falls and Fort Erie, and as a member of The Tourism Partnership of Niagara’s Finance and Audit Committee.  In 2018, Carolyn was a recipient of the Business Link “40 Under Forty” business achievement award.
