Rich has extensive experience in providing business, financial, and tax consulting services to owner-managed businesses. Over the years, he has provided valuable assistance to clients in the construction, retail, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors. In addition to providing the traditional assurance and tax services, Rich works closely with his clients through many aspects of business planning, including the preparation of financial projections, financing alternatives, income tax minimization, and IT support.

Rich has served the community holding a number of volunteer positions, including Treasurer of the Greater Niagara General Hospital Foundation, Director of the St. Catharines Chamber of Commerce, Director of Welland Minor Basketball Association, Governor of the St. Catharines YMCA, and President of Big Brothers of South Niagara. Rich is currently and a Director of the Niagara Rangers Basketball Club, as well as a member of Lookout Point Country Club, the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association of Niagara and the YMCA of St. Catharines.

A basketball fanatic, after several years of coaching competitive girls basketball teams, Rich continues his involvement in the sport through coaching a Special Olympics basketball team and serving as the Special Olympics Ontario Mission Staff for the basketball teams participating in the 2018 National Games.

Rich qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1982 after graduating from the University of Waterloo in 1978 with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree.
