Steve joined DJB in September of 2021. He has a wealth of experience in full-cycle recruitment, orientation, training, and employee relations matters, after working nearly 5 years in the transportation, construction, and manufacturing industries in Southern Ontario.
Steve holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Wilfrid Laurier University. He is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in Halton region.
In the HR Coordinator role at DJB, Steve focuses on all levels of recruitment, while providing support to the Human Resources team and Firm Management on a variety of internal HR matters and projects.
