Diana joined DJB in March 2018 as a Tax Manager. Diana provides corporate and personal tax planning and compliance services to owner-managed businesses of all sizes. Her experience includes corporate reorganizations, estate freezes, succession planning, business sale planning, and taxation of deceased individuals.
After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Commerce degree, she obtained her accounting designation, and completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax program.
Prior to joining DJB, Diana worked for one of the largest accounting firms in Canada in their tax practice in Mississauga, working with Canadian owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Diana has participated in the free tax clinics provided for lower-income individuals, and fundraisers for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organizations.
