Erin Dubecki

Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Brock University, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, she is a certified Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) accredited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan. Erin has augmented her expertise by completing the Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program in collaboration with Bernardi Human Resource Law and the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

Formerly providing client support, Erin now channels her experience into supporting internal functions as the Senior Human Resources Specialist at DJB. In her role, she offers guidance and expertise, ensuring compliance with legislative mandates while devising effective HR strategies and policies.

With over 12 years of generalist experience under her belt, Erin has cultivated a profound understanding of diverse human resources initiatives. Her competencies span various domains, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, policy formulation, and employee relations.
