Kelly Paul

Kelly Paul is a Human Resources Assistant on the HR Advisory team, bringing over eight years of experience in healthcare, operations, executive search, property management, and the nonprofit sector. She is passionate about creating meaningful workplace experiences and specializes in HR strategy, recruitment, and volunteer engagement.

Kelly holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College and is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), always looking for ways to grow and stay current in the field.

Deeply committed to her community, she’s contributed to causes like Prostate Cancer Canada and Niagara Health, and continues to support local initiatives across the Niagara Region. Outside of work, Kelly loves exploring Niagara’s food scene, hiking its beautiful trails, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
