Sierra Varga

Sierra began her career at DJB in 2018 as a co-op student and was promoted to Assurance Manager in January 2026. She provides accounting, assurance, and tax services to a diverse range of client industries, including non-profit organizations, construction, and manufacturing.

Sierra completed her Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree with First Class Standing at Brock University in 2021, followed by her Master of Accountancy degree in 2022. That same year, Sierra successfully passed the Common Final Examination (CFE), and in November 2023, she proudly received her CPA designation.

Beyond her client work, Sierra contributes to the Firm’s growth and culture through her involvement in the Learning & Development Committee and the Social Committee.

Outside of her professional life, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, and being creative through drawing and playing the drums.
