The Certified Investigation team can conduct independent, objective investigations into breaches of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code as they relate to issues of Workplace Violence and Harassment and Sexual Harassment.  You will receive a detailed and defensible report enabling you to make informed decisions.
