Christina Atkinson

Christina Atkinson serves as the Principal, Human Resources Advisory at DJB, where she leads a team of professionals delivering comprehensive HR solutions to organizations across Canada and the United States. With nearly 30 years of HR leadership experience across corporate and non-profit sectors, she partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and build strong, healthy workplaces, guided by her practical, people-centered approach and belief that everyone deserves a great day at work.

Christina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Brock University, an HR Management Certificate from Niagara College, and earned her Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2019. She is an active member of both the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), staying closely connected to evolving best practices and thought leadership in the HR profession.

Deeply committed to community impact, Christina serves as Human Resources Chair on the Board of Directors of the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre and contributes to organizations across Niagara, including The Gallery Players of Niagara, Yellow Door Theatre, and Girl Guides of Canada. In 2025, she was honoured as a finalist in the Corporate Leadership category of the Niagara Women in Business Awards.
