Francesca joined DJB as an intern in April 2021 and was hired into a full-time role in July 2021. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Brock University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Niagara College. Currently, she is actively working towards obtaining her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification through the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
In her spare time, she enjoys challenging herself with various activities to keep her mind active, like puzzles, true-crime documentaries, and Sudoku.
