Michelle is an experienced HR Generalist with over 10 years in the role and more than 25 years in Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition and Training & Development. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Business, as well as a Bachelor of Education, specializing in adult education. She has completed the Workplace Investigations Certificate Program through Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP and is a member of the HRPA’s Niagara chapter.

Some of Michelle’s favourite things include going to the movies, hanging out with her family, spoiling her Dachshund, and listening to the Eagles.
