Sephron is the Firm’s Marketing Director, bringing more than two decades of professional services marketing expertise and over 25 years of experience in business‑to‑business (B2B) marketing. In her role, she collaborates closely with Partners and leadership teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives that drive the Firm’s continued growth and market presence.

Her background spans budget planning, brand management, industry‑focused program development, content strategy, and the oversight of both digital and print media channels.

Before joining DJB, Sephron built her career working with organizations of various sizes, leading marketing efforts for professional services firms at both local and global levels.
