Veronica Gallego

Veronica joined DJB in April 2025 as a Human Resources Manager. She provides high-quality HR support, ensuring both employees and leadership receive exceptional service. Veronica is committed to fostering an inclusive workforce.  She helps to implement initiatives that cultivate an inclusive and collaborative work culture where people feel supported and empowered.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management Degree from York University and is currently working towards her CHRL. She has 10 years of experience as a people-focused HR leader, including 7 years in leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leadership teams and employees to navigate change, support growth, foster engagement, and create meaningful HR strategies that align with business goals.

In her spare time, Veronica enjoys spending time in nature—whether she’s hiking, camping, or relaxing by the beach. She also likes to stay active by rollerblading, paddleboarding, biking, playing tennis, and jet skiing.
