The MQE is the final educational requirement leading to the Chartered Business Valuators (CBV) designation and is administered by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Erin Dubecki

Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Brock University, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, she is a certified Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) accredited by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plan. Starting January 2025, she assumes the role Manager, Human Resources.

Emily Petro

Emily began her career with DJB in 2021 as a Senior Staff Accountant and received her CPA designation in February 2023.  As of January 2025, she steps into the position of Manager.

Siying (Amy) Wu

Amy began her career with DJB in 2021 as an Intermediate Staff Accountant, she completed her Master of Accountancy degree (co-op option) in 2020, and received her CPA designation in 2022. Effective January 2025, she transitions into the role of Manager.

New Director, Human Resources

Please join our Firm in congratulating Paige Haggett on her recent promotion to Director, Human Resources.

Paige is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto. Paige is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in the Halton region. She has also successfully completed the Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program conducted by Bernardi Human Resource Law in consultation with Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).

In the HR Director role at DJB, Paige oversees and leads DJB’s Human Resources team.

With nearly a decade of generalist experience in supporting human resources initiatives in both retail and administrative settings, Paige brings a wealth of experience in full-cycle recruitment, orientation, training, and HRIS management.
