Ismail began his career at DJB in 2014 as a co-op student and began working full time in 2018 as a Senior Assurance Accountant. He was promoted to Manager in January 2022. Ismail has extensive experience with various industries, including construction, not for profit, and manufacturing, and has an interest in taxation, both personal and corporate.
In 2017, Ismail graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Accounting degree, which led him to complete his Master of Accounting in 2018. Ismail received his Chartered Professional Accountant Designation in 2019.
In his spare time, Ismail enjoys watching sports (primarily European soccer), traveling, and spending time with his family. Since High School, Ismail has been spending his weekends helping his father with his local drywall business.
